About the Smithfields Community
Our quiet family-friendly neighborhood consists of approximately 250 homes with eclectic designs along with a few undeveloped lots.
Entrances to our neighborhood are attractive and well-maintained, and are protected by video cameras strategically located to record vehicles accessing our streets.
Although we are a separate entity from the private Smithfields Country Club where we are located, residents are offered competitive membership opportunities with private golf cart privileges, and benefit from the increased property values that come from living on this beautiful and thriving property.
